"Amazing customer support"
Scent City really impressed me. I had placed an order for a fragrance that they couldn't deliver on time, so they went ahead and refunded me. But just a few days later, they reached out to see if I still wanted the perfume once they got it back in stock! The service and the product were both top-notch.

"My Experience with ScentCity: Another Great Purchase!"
I've made purchases from ScentCity in the past, and let me tell you, their customer service is top-notch! This time around, I felt compelled to share my thoughts because the packaging was just so nice (a handwritten thank you card🥹) and they even included an extra fragrance sample, even though I had already picked two free ones with my order. My package showed up today, and I couldn't be happier. It's those little touches that really make you want to return!

"Super satisfied"
Last summer, I picked up a fragrance in Venice, and let me tell ya, it was the best scent I’ve ever owned. After I ran out, I was itching to find a replacement, and that’s when I stumbled upon Scent City. I hadn’t come across them before, but I decided to grab the perfume, and it’s spot on - just like the one I got in Venice, right down to the packaging.

"Outstanding Customized Assistance"
This was my first time buying from this company, and I went with Histoires de Parfums’ Tubereuse 3. It was a truly delightful experience, starting with the customer service folks who got back to me on a Sunday. I also appreciated the personal touch of a handwritten note included with my order, plus the free samples. I’ll surely be shopping at Scent City again.

"Consistently Amazing"
I've shopped at Scent City multiple times, and the service has consistently been fantastic. They offer some brands that are tough to come by in the UK and always throw in samples of your choice with your purchase. Plus, their point system is a cool perk too.

"Ideal method for selecting a new scent"
A couple of weeks back, I got a set of Bois samples, and they arrived all nicely gift wrapped. They were meant for a special birthday, with the plan being that the person receiving them would pick her favorite fragrance. Once she made her choice, I placed an order with Scent City, and it showed up the very next day along with three lovely samples that my son adored! My friend was thrilled with her gift, and I was super pleased with the service, selection, and quality.

"Awesome Perfume Shop"
This is an awesome perfume shop with a pretty diverse selection of those unique brands you don't see everywhere. They always pack your order nicely, though it might take a bit longer to ship. But hey, once it’s on its way, it usually arrives the very next day. They also throw in some extra samples, and most of the time, they’re the ones you picked out when you checked out.

Incredible customized assistance! I received handwritten suggestions for the tester scents included with my order - it truly made me feel special. They have a fantastic grasp of fragrance likes and provided unique sample options - all very carefully chosen. I would definitely recommend this place - I’ll be coming back for sure!

"Fantastic Shopping Experience"
Top-notch customer service and overall experience. They have a wonderful variety, speedy shipping, and even include handwritten notes with your purchase. Sometimes those notes give tips on the fragrance samples you picked or just a nice thank you. I'm definitely coming back to Scent City time and time again and would highly suggest it to others. The only negative feedback I've seen here relates to shipping issues, which should really be directed at the courier since once the company hands it over, it's out of their hands.

"Gorgeous Range of Fragrances"
Gorgeous range of fragrances, arrived right on schedule and the packaging was done with care (those handwritten notes really add a special vibe, making you feel like a VIP at a fancy shop). I got some free samples, and I’m already loving two of them and thinking about getting the full sizes! RIP to my wallet. Huge thanks to Scent City, you’ve got a loyal customer now!
